Cole's First Soccer Game

 Cole's Team the Tarantulas met head to head with the Gorillas. The game was tie 2 - 2 and fun was had by all. Cole even had a moment when all he was interested in was the airplane pulling a glider plane high in the sky which he continued to look at and walk the opposite direction of game play. He had fun and that is all that matters. The are genuine looks of joy on his face despite the heat and all black uniforms.

Kindergarten Assessment Time

Oregon Zoo 2011

We made a quick overnight trip to the Oregon Zoo in Portland! We met up with a couple of Debbie's high school friends and their families. While Stacy, Jill and Debbie caught up ( We are GOOD at talking) the kids had a blast checking out exhibits and getting to know each other. We can not wait to schedule another weekend like this!!!

Cole and Chad's Excellent Adventure

While I was in California visiting family Cole still had to go to school. Chad made sure his Memorial weekend was memorable. He and Cole went exploring and happened upon Crooked River Gorge and took a walk and climb to explore the area. They also went to Warm Springs and check out the water slides and enjoyed Sunday together with bike riding and learning patience using a frustrating yet engaging Wii game.
